Terms and Conditions – Amazon Peru Travellers
The operator of this website is AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS.
These Terms and Conditions establish the way in which you can use our websites and the contracting of services offered by AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS.
By using this site, you agree to accept these conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, so please check this website from time to time in case any changes occur.
If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you must immediately discontinue use and not access the information or contract the services that are part of this website.
1. Purpose of the website
The use of the website will be exclusively for the user to personally consult the information provided in order to contract the products or services offered.
AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect, consequential, incidental or any other damages or losses arising from or related to the use of the website by the user or the information that the user provides or obtains from it.
2. Age Requirements
Parents and guardians must supervise their children’s access to our sites and, in particular, their use of any areas.
3. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of the content of the web pages, their graphic design and codes are the exclusive property of AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS. Only copies intended for personal use are authorized unless otherwise indicated. The modification, reproduction, publication or transfer of any content to other people, or its use for commercial purposes, even citing sources, is prohibited, unless with the written consent of AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS. Except to the extent permitted by applicable law, you are prohibited from disassembling, decompiling, reverse engineering or attempting by any means to breach the protection of the content.
All trade names, brands, logos or signs, images belong to their respective owners, and AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS has requested the appropriate permission to include them on its websites.
4. Availability
Our sites are made available “as is”. Sites may sometimes be unavailable, or may experience breakdowns, maintenance or other causes beyond our control. No warranty is made regarding the quality, functionality, availability or performance of our sites or the content thereof. We reserve the right to change, suspend or remove any content on our sites, or discontinue any feature of the site at any time without notice. You are responsible for paying your Internet Service Provider’s fees and any fees related to your use of our sites.

AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS makes every effort to make the content of the website as accurate as possible; however, it may contain inaccuracies or errors or may be out of date. AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS may modify the content of the website at any time and makes no commitment to update it at any time.

AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS is not responsible for the content of other websites linked to or accessible from this website through hypertext links.
7. Service Contract
7.1 Registration:
Confirmation of a reservation made in writing, by telephone, electronically (online) or in person creates a contract between the client and AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS. The contract is governed by these terms and conditions (TC hereinafter). At the latest after payment of the invoice (or prepayment), the customer agrees to receive these TCs and consents to their content. The client is responsible for providing accurate personal data (name and date of birth according to passport information) to AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS. It is also the responsibility of the customer, upon receipt of an invoice/confirmation, to verify that the information contained therein is complete and correct. Any inaccuracies must be reported immediately to AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS. The costs arising from the lack of notification will be borne by the client.
7.2 Services from other suppliers:
Services not organized or provided by AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS are governed by the terms and conditions of the supplier concerned, which AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS provides to the client before the conclusion of the contract.
8. Payment terms and prices
8.1 Payment terms and conditions:
Payment is made upon receipt of the invoice/confirmation in accordance with the information contained therein. Unless otherwise stated on the invoice/confirmation, final payment is due the day before departure.
8.2 Price changes:
AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS may change the price in the following cases:
- Price changes by transport companies and/or other suppliers
- New or increased taxes or public charges (e.g. VAT, security charges, etc.)
- Obvious printing and publishing errors
9. Validity of reserved services
Reserved services are valid only on the dates indicated on the invoice / confirmation.
10. Changes to reservations
Changes to reservations must be requested by the client in writing.
11. Cancellation policy
11.1 General provisions: For cancellations before departure, an AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS handling fee of at least USD 30 per person per service is charged in addition to the cancellation fees mentioned below:
11.2 Cancellation fees for cancellations up to:
- 14 days before the start of the tour: no charges
- 7 days before the start of the tour: 50% of the deposit
- Less than 7 days before the start of the tour: 100% of the deposit
11.3 Bank charges or other fees cannot be refunded
11.4 If the tour cannot be started due to health reasons, the tour may be postponed to a later date. In this case, no cancellation fees will be charged.
11.5 If the tour must be canceled due to force majeure, AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS will not refund the deposit. Instead, AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS will issue a voucher for the deposit amount, which can be used for a tour at any later date.
11.6 Early return / trip interruption: If the client interrupts the trip or changes the agreed services during the trip, the client is not entitled to a refund. If the trip is interrupted or the services are modified, the (additional) costs will be borne by the client.
12. Travel insurance
It is highly recommended that clients take out travel insurance (cancellation costs and trip incidents). By choosing not to take out travel insurance, the customer confirms that they have sufficient private insurance coverage. The client ensures that he has sufficient insurance for accidents and illnesses abroad. Important: AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS recommends that clients read the General Insurance Terms and Conditions before departure.
13. Passport, visa, vaccinations
The client is responsible for complying with individual passport, visa, customs, currency and vaccination requirements, as well as obtaining the necessary documents.
14. Complaints
If the client has reasons to make complaints during the trip, they must be immediately sent to the tour guide or the service provider concerned (for example, the hotel). This usually allows corrective action to be taken on site.
14.1 AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS is not responsible if the breach or poor performance of the contract is due to:
• If the customer does not comply with these TCs
• Force majeure or an event, which AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS or a service provider could not have foreseen or avoided, without prejudice to the exercise of due diligence. Therefore, AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS is not responsible for changes to an itinerary caused by strikes, social unrest, weather conditions, landslides, full rivers, decisions made by authorities, third party delays, etc.
In the event of force majeure, AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS reserves the right to change, postpone or even cancel trips.
15. Data privacy
15.1 Your data: AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS needs various data from you and the members of your group (such as first and last name, date of birth, email address, etc.) for the correct processing of the contract. AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS will only use personal data to carry out the reserved services. The data will not be transferred to third parties or used in any other way.
15.2 Transfer to service providers and authorities: AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS will only send your data when this data is necessary to process the contract with the service providers.
15.3 Enforce rights: AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS reserves the right to disclose your data to authorities and third parties for the assertion of AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS legitimate interests. The same applies in case of suspicion of a crime.
