Physical Document (DF): Any information asset that contains data recorded in a tangible format such as cash receipts, operational control documents, active documents, passive documents, documents for physical archiving, among others.
Person in charge of the Personal Data Bank: Any natural person, legal person under private law or public entity that, alone or acting jointly with another, carries out the Processing of Personal Data on behalf of the Owner of the Personal Data Bank.
Personal Data Owner: Natural person to whom the Personal Data correspond.
Owner of the Personal Data Bank: Natural person, legal entity under private law or public entity that determines the purpose and content of the Personal Data Bank, its processing and security measures.
Transfer: Any transmission, supply or manifestation of Personal Data, of a national or international nature, to a legal entity under private law, a public entity or a natural person other than the Owner of Personal Data. Transfer or dissemination or any other form of processing that facilitates access, correlation or interconnection of Personal Data is not considered.
Treatment: Any technical operation or procedure, automated or not, that allows the collection, recording, organization, storage, conservation, elaboration, modification, extraction, consultation, use, blocking, deletion, communication by transfer or dissemination or any other form of processing that facilitates access, correlation or interconnection of Personal Data.
Users: Natural persons who can or make use of the services offered AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS
